We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 business hours.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. A shipping confirmation with tracking information will follow when your order leaves our warehouse.
Order Modifications: If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it. Once processed, modifications may not be possible.
Domestic Shipping: We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
International Shipping: Currently, we ship to select countries. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.
Lost or Delayed Packages: If your tracking information shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, please contact the carrier first. If the issue persists, contact us, and we will assist you in resolving it.
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy.
Eligibility:
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Certain items (e.g., breast pumps, personal care items, opened consumables) are final sale for hygiene and safety reasons. This will be clearly noted on the product page.
How to Return:
Contact us at press@lansinohmall.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide a return authorization and return address.
Pack the item securely and ship it back using a trackable method.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a clear photo of the issue, and a brief description. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
