Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation with tracking information so you can follow your package along the way.


2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 6 to 12 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier schedules, and customs processing.

Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.


3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery. If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.


4. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, and additional shipping fees may apply.


5. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delayed or appears lost, please contact the carrier first. If you need further assistance, reach out to us and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.


6. Customs and Duties

International orders may be subject to customs clearance and import duties. These charges, if applicable, are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to predict or cover these fees.
