To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
The return request is initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
The item is unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.
The item is not listed as final sale or non-returnable (see section 3).
If you would like to return an item for a refund, please follow these steps:
Contact us at press@lansinohmall.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
We will provide a return authorization and the correct return address.
Pack the item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping method. We recommend keeping the tracking number for your records.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or status of your refund.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
Breast pumps and pump parts
Nursing pillows (once opened)
Personal care items, such as nipple creams, lotions, and teething products
Gift cards
If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately—we will still assist you even for items marked as final sale.
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as a wrong or defective item.
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us. We will guide you through the process. Exchanges are subject to availability.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
